We hope you all had a great holiday. Personally, we are ready to clean up and clean out. Tree? Gone. Swag? Gone. Candy? Long gone.
You may be wondering where to get all of our delicious, premium meats after all the big changes and our relocation. Well, look no further than the campus of Brick Farm Tavern! The new market space, now called Hopewell Farm Works, is selling all of our most popular cuts of pork, chicken, beef, and lamb, along with ground meats, house made sausages, bacon, eggs, broth, dog food, and, yes, BAKED GOODS. Come in and check it out. The Space is gorgeous and you can order in advance and even have your goods delivered within a generous range. What’s not to love?
We are so happy to be going back to the original intention of our farm: provide the best pasture-raised meat and house-made products to our community.
In other exciting news we were featured in The Furrow magazine (the article is not online yet, but you can read it below…). The publication put out by the good folks at John Deere featured us for a story about our farm and practices. We were happy to oblige and I think the animals liked being photographed, too.

As we roll into 2024 promising to eat better and maybe partake in dry January, the farm keeps cooking along. And this is lambing season! Yes, those cute little babies are arriving daily (count is about 40, heading to 200). I know this is an older picture, but it’s one of my faves.
We are glad to have 2023 behind us and really looking forward to 2024 with an eye on doing what we do on the farm and finding some balance. Always easier said than done. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
