Turkey Teaser and Summer Stuff

This year we are doing things a little differently for Thanksgiving turkeys. In addition to various vendors, our heritage turkeys will be sold and picked up directly from our farmand the orders will go through our website. Pickup will be at our 37 Bayberry Road location and customers will be able to select various other meats, sausages, and bacon they may need for the holiday weekend. A win-win!

STAY TUNED… The order website will be up late September.

Ok, now that THAT's out of the way.

Summer…sigh…it goes so fast. We have had it all: heat waves, cooler climes, torrential rain, and sizzling dry days. It just kind of makes you want to get in the pool and relax.

Our staff works every day to make the pastures and pens comfortable for our animals. And the lush green grass has been a perk. Other areas of our country, and world, have not been so lucky this summer.

We have been enjoying all the bounty at our two regular farmer's markets: the Princeton Farmer's Market on Thursdays from 10am-3pm and the Lambertville Farmer's Market on Sundays from 9am-12pm. Come see William at our table!

We hope you are having a great holiday and spending time with family and friends, and enjoying the outdoors. And, of course, grilling some fabulous meats.

Ways to buy our meat:

Busy Farmers and Farm Markets

We are deep into our stretch of turkey hatching right now in preparation for Thanksgiving. A farmer starts the season many many months (sometimes a year) in advance. We have turkeys of every stage…and personality. The newly hatched poult – very curious and chatty. These guys are a day old! ...
