This July, we opened another sister food outlet: the Red Barn Milk Company on 392 Rt 31 in Ringoes. We are partnering with Jared and Treacy Weeks, owners of Hun-Val Dairy Farm in Ringoes. They bring the non-homogenized milk and cream to the table for ice cream, shakes and soft serve. Double Brook Farm and Brick Farm Market supply the beef, bratwurst, hot dogs, chicken patties, veggie patties, rolls, buns and more. A great partnership with great food.
The grand opening was July 26 and the NJ Secretary of Agriculture, Doug Fisher, was on hand for the ribbon cutting. A professional job!
Even the Mercer County Dairy Princess was there.
Good times were had by all. Including the animals in the petting zoo.
