Well, Sassy has done a great job (and of course the secondary caregiver, Farmer Brett!). All of her puppies are happy and healthy. Here is a bunch resting in the shade:
Like youth everywhere, they cannot resist the siren song of mud and water.
These cute little furballs are already outside, guarding ducks. The farm will be keeping 3 and the other 5 are leaving soon to start their lives as companions and guard dogs. One is even going to Colorado. (Can't say we're not jealous…)
Life goes on at the farm, but it was very exciting to have our very first litter of Pyrenees puppies. Now back to the pigs and turkeys popping up all over.
