A True Farm-to-table Experience In A Renovated 1800’s Farmhouse
We painstakingly renovated and opened the Tavern in 2015 as an outlet for our pastured meats and, just as importantly, to showcase how our pork, lamb, chicken, turkey, eggs, and beef would shine when given gourmet treatment.
Every element of design and detail – the hand crafted wood bar, exposed stone in the lounge, and period-hued dining rooms with wood fixtures and floors – was planned to make the 1800’s farmhouse feel authentic, but also comfortable and elegant. Many of the fixtures and structural elements are still in use.
We have since sold the Tavern to our neighbors, Otto and Maria Zizak, who are seasoned restaurateurs and farmers in their own right.
They believe as strongly as we do that sourcing ingredients from and supporting the local farming community allows the Tavern to offer the freshest and best-tasting dishes in every season.
We are proud to have our premium pastured meats served at the Brick Farm Tavern and hope you will love dining there as much as we do.
