Double Brook Farm When all was said and done the turkey processing day was a success, but the the hours were long. Did anyone else catch this sunset Saturday? We were about 2/3 of the way through at this point!

Double Brook Farm What started at dawn, when the processing trailer pulled up to the barn, ended at about 10:30 when the barn was finally cleaned out…

Double Brook Farm Finally, we had a trailer full of 400+ birds ready for market. A big hand to our team and our volunteers for helping out in stages throughout the day.
