And you thought it might never happen (and maybe we thought it might never happen…) but it’s happening! We are opening the Brick Farm Tavern this November. For all the information about the restaurant and bar, our new Executive Chef, Greg Vassos, and General Manager, Mike Lykens, please read our Press Release. It will be a truly unique farm-to-table dining experience in a beautiful setting with local touches everywhere.
We are already starting to take reservations through OpenTable for November 19 and beyond. Here are our hours (but please note that for the first month we will be closed Monday AND Tuesday):

And for some important farm news…our Dorper lambs are being born. The Katahdins do not lamb in the fall, but Dorpers do. So we expect about 60 lambs in the next few weeks. But here’s a shot of the first one!!
